As required by section 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes,

Notice is hereby given that the

Jackson County Commissioners will hold a

REGULAR meeting on July 13, 2009 AT 10:00 A.M.

The place of the meeting will be the Commissioners’ Office in the

Jackson County Courthouse

7.  Consideration and possible acceptance on publication of Commissioners Proceedings FY 2009/2010

8.  Consideration and possible action on lease renewal forms for the equipment leased through the County Road Machinery and Equipment Revolving Fund

9. Consideration and possible action on all risk physical damage insurance shall be carried on all equipment and road machinery purchased through the County Road Machinery and Equipment Revolving Fund.

10. Consideration and possible action on a contract between Visual Lease Services and the Jackson County Commissioners for Web Site & Database Management  

11.  Consideration and possible approval of Service Agreement between Jackson County and Keller’s Programming Service, Inc. for the Jackson County Treasurer’s Program System, FY July 1, 2009 – June 30, 2010.

12.  Consideration of possible approval of Service Agreement between Jackson County and Red River Web Design, for the Jackson County Treasurer’s Web Site, FY July 1, 2009 – June 20, 2010
