County Commissioner District 1: Dale Dunn

 Dale and his wife, Debbie, make their home in Martha they have three children, Jennifer, Rodney and Wesley . Dale began working for the county in May of 1999 for District 2. He was elected Commissioner  in November of 2002 and  took office on January 2, 2003. Dale ran unopposed for re-election in 2006.

County Commissioner District 2:

Anthony Fixico was sworn into office October 15, 2007 after winning the special election to fill out the remaining term of Ricky Crouch. Anthony has served as the foreman for District 2 for 17 years. Anthony and his wife Stella make their home in Altus.

County Commissioner District 3: Cary Carrell

  Cary was sworn into office on January 3, 2007 by Judge Richard Darby. He and his wife Linda live in Olustee. Cary has worked for Jackson County Dist. #3 since May 1987.

County Assessor: Gerald Sherrill, Jr

   Gerald began working for the county in 1987 on the District 3 road crew. He transfered to district 2 as a equipment operator in 1994. He was chosen by the Commisioners to take over as Safety Director in 2000 where he also held the titles of Emergency Management and Floodplain Directors. He transferred to the Assessor's office in November of 2004 to take over the duties of field appraiser. After JC Brooks retirement on May 31, 2007 Mr. Brooks recommended Gerald be appointed to fill his position as Assessor.

County Clerk: Louise Snodgrass

   Louise began working for the county in 1987 as assistant secretary for the Commissioners. She transferred to the Clerk’s office in January 1990 and began as recorder of land records. She was appointed County Clerk September 1, 1999 by the County Commissioners to fulfill the term of the retiring Clerk. Louise has completed certification courses for County Clerk’s and received her advanced certification in April 2004. Louise's and her husband Bill have three children, three grandchildren and 2 great grandsons.

Court Clerk: Rhonda Stepanovich

Rhonda began working for the Court Clerk's Office in 1986 and became First Deputy in 1999. Rhonda was appointed by the County Commissioner's May 31, 2007 to fulfill the term of retiring Court Clerk. She and her husband Joe have two kids. Amanda will be a Junior at the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond and Blake will be a Senior at Altus High School.

County Sheriff: Roger Levick

 Roger was appointed to fill the remaining term of Morris Roberts on March 1, 2007. Roger had been under sheriff for Morris since January 1, 2005. He began his career in law enforcement in 1989 working as a jailer/dispatcher and then deputy for Jackson County. He also served as chief of police for the town of Blair for a period of time. Roger and his family live in the Blair area.

County Treasurer: Janet S. Wright

 Janet began her county career in January 1983 as an assistant secretary for the County Commissioners. She joined the staff of the Treasurer’s office in September 1983. Janet was promoted to first deputy and head bookkeeper in July 1985 and was appointed Treasurer on October 1, 1997 by the Commissioners to fill the unexpired term of Treasurer Bonnie Shelton. She filed unopposed for a full four year term in 1998. Janet ran unopposed for re-election in 2006.
