AGENDA FOR JACKSON COUNTY ELECTION BOARD MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 8, 2011

 

AS REQUIRED BE SECTION 311, TITLE 25 OF THE OKLAHOMA STATUTES, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE JACKSON COUNTY ELECTION BOARD WILL HOLD A REGULAR MEETING ON FEBRUARY 8, 2011 AT 6:00 P.M.

 

THE PLACE AND ADDRESS OF THE MEETING WILL BE THE COUNTY ELECTION BOARD OFFICE, ROOM 105, JACKSON COUNTY COURTHOUSE, MAIN AND BROADWAY, ALTUS, OKLAHOMA.

FOLLOWING IS A LIST OF THE BUSINESS TO BE CONDUCTED BY THE COUNTY ELECTION BOARD AT THE ABOVE-MENTIONED MEETING:

 

1.         DISCUSS AND APPROVE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD JANUARY 14, 2011.

 

2.         APPROVE SUBSTITUTE PRECINCT OFFICIALS WHO SERVED IN THE FEBRUARY 8, 2011, DUKE SD I-14 AND NAVAJO SD I1 ANNUAL SCHOOL ELECTIONS AND THE BLAIR SD I-54 SPECIAL BOND ELECTION.

 

3.         PROCESS ABSENTEE BALLOTS FOR THE FEBRUARY 8, 2011, DUKE SD I-14 AND NAVAJO SD I1 ANNUAL SCHOOL ELECTIONS AND THE BLAIR SD I-54 SPECIAL BOND ELECTION.

 

4.         CANVASS RETURNS FOR THE FEBRUARY 8, 2011, DUKE SD I-14 AND NAVAJO SD I1 ANNUAL SCHOOL ELECTIONS AND THE BLAIR SD I-54 SPECIAL BOND ELECTION.

                                   

5.         DISCUSS NEW BUSINESS.
