The County Commissioners met in SPECIAL MEETING AT 11:55 a.m. in the County Commissioners office. Those present were: Chairman, Cary Carrell; Vice Chairman, Marty Clinton; Member, Anthony Fixico; County Assessor, Gerald Sherrill; County Clerk Deputy, Gail Allen; Paula Peterson; Representative from Mid-Continent Restoration, Kevin Kastl.

AGENDA:

Item No. 1: Call Meeting to Order. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Carrell.

Item No. 2: Consideration and Possible Action on Change Order on Fascia Project on front of courthouse from Mid-Continent Restoration Co. Inc. Chairman Carrell presented an updated Proposal/Contract from Mid Continent Restoration for the Fascia Repair Project on the Courthouse. Due to unforeseen problems which require repairs, a revised contract is needed. The cost increase will total $14055.00. A motion was made by Clinton and seconded by Fixico to approve the revised Proposal/Contract as presented. The terms and conditions are listed in the contract which is on file in the County Clerk’s office.

Item No. 3: Adjournment. A motion was made by Clinton and seconded by Fixico to adjourn.
