The County Commissioners met in SPECIAL Session at 9:00 a.m. in the County Commissioners office. Those present were: Chairman, Cary Carrell; Vice Chairman, Marty Clinton; County Clerk Deputy, Gail Allen; Paula Peterson.

AGENDA:

Item No. 1: Call Meeting to Order. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Carrell. Chairman Carrell explained that two Commissioners will not be present for the regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, August 22, 2011, which leaves no quorum; therefore, a special meeting has been called to approve claims for payment.
