The County Commissioners met in Regular Session at 10:00 a.m. in the County Commissioners office. Those present were: Chairman, Cary Carrell; Member, Anthony Fixico; County Sheriff, Roger LeVick; County Assessor, Gerald Sherrill; County Treasurer, Renee Howard; County Clerk, Christi Hair; Paula Peterson.

Item No. 1: Call Meeting to Order. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Carrell.
Item No. 2: Approve Minutes of the Last Meeting(s). for Jackson County Assessor’s Office. A motion was made by Fixico and seconded by Carrell to approve the
disposition of the following surplus equipment for the Jackson County
Assessor’s office: One Hewlett Packard
printer – Inventory #H-600 L.P.

Item No. 7: Consideration and possible action on Lease Agreements through the County
Road Machinery and Equipment Revolving Fund for 2011, John Deere 410J,
Loader/Backhoe. A motion was made by Fixico and seconded by Carrell to approve, as
presented, the Lease Agreement through the County Road Machinery and Equipment
Revolving fund for 2011, John Deere 410J, Loader/Backhoe. The terms and conditions are stated in the
agreement which is on file in the Jackson County Clerk’s Office.

Item No. 8: Open Bids with possible acceptance of Recycle Reject Concrete. Bids were submitted by Moody Landfill L.L.C. for Recycle Reject Concrete at $9.50 per ton. A motion was made by Fixico and seconded by Carrell to accept the bid from Moody Landfill as presented.

Item No. 9: Consideration and possible action on CBRI Cash Fund Reimbursement
Request for transfer from CBRI-103 to D1/T2.
A motion was made by Carrell and seconded
by Fixico to approve the request for a CBRI Cash Fund Reimbursement transfer
from CBRI-103 into T-2 District #1 for repairs on certain bridges as required
by the State Bridge Inspector.

Item No. 10: Consideration and possible action on CBRI Cash Fund Reimbursement
Request for transfer from CBRI-103 to D2/T2. A motion was
made by Fixico and seconded by Carrell to approve the request for a CBRI Cash
Fund Reimbursement transfer from CBRI-103 into T-2 for District #2 for repairs
