The County Commissioners met in Regular Meeting at 10:00 a.m. in the County Commissioners office.  Those present were: Chairman, Cary Carrell; Vice Chairman, Marty Clinton; Member, Anthony Fixico; County Sheriff, Roger LeVick; County Assessor, Gerald Sherrill; County Treasurer, Renee Howard;  County Clerk, Christi Hair; Paula Peterson.

Item No. 1:   Call Meeting to Order. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Carrell. 

Item No. 2:   Approve Minutes of Last Meeting(s). A motion was made by Fixico and seconded by Clinton to approve the minutes of the last meeting; a regular meeting held on Monday, September 26, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Office of the Jackson County Courthouse.

Item No. 8:   Public hearing with any interested parties on discussion of REAP Grant Application for Asphalt Overlay for the streets of Warren.  Commissioner Clinton informed the Board of Commissioners that District #1 is in the process of applying for a REAP Grant for an Asphalt Overlay for the streets in Warren, OK.  He stated that one of the requirements is to have a Public Hearing.  There was no public participation on this agenda item.
